Bailey is a Program Officer on the WWF-US Aquaculture team working on several projects to advance the seaweed and shellfish farming industries for ecosystem and climate gains, including one funded by the Bezos Earth Fund. Bailey has a background in oceanography and marine science and prior to WWF ran a commercial kelp nursery. She has worked on seaweed and invertebrate aquaculture projects in Maine, Madagascar, and Belize.
